        check WBC, Hb, Hct, DC, Plt
              Bun, Cre, Na, K
              Alb, GPT, total bilirubin
              glucose
              PT/aPTT
              CXR
              ECG
              Blood provision(if surgery is to be done)


週二 每個病人

        check Bun, Cre, Na, K, albumin, glucose
        check urine exam if patient has foley cath
        check CXR if patient has ET tube

週二 頭部有腦室外引流管病患
  
   CSF study for every patient with external ventricular drainage

週五 加護病房病患

        check albumin, GPT, Total bilirubin
              Bun, Cre, Na, K, Ca
              WBC/DC, Hb
              glucose
        check CXR, sputum gram stain


頸椎退化性疾病
        check C-spine AP, lateral 
              C-spine oblique view, bilateral

腰椎退化性疾病
        check L-spine flexion, extension
              KUB X-ray

腦下垂體瘤
        check TSH, free T4, T4, T3, ACTH, cortisol, GH, IGF-1, prolactin, FSH, LH, E2(female), testosterone(male)
        check skull X-ray, lateral view (left)
        MRI,SELLA 
        consultation of ophthalmologist for visual field study


顏面神經痙攣或三叉神經痛
        check brain CT for r/o C-P angle lesion


傷口照顧
        CD (change dressing) on post-op day 3
        Remove stitch on post-op day 7~10
        CD Q2~3D if patient has a drainage tube
